2026 Homebuyer Schedule

GROWTH offers specialized pre-purchase counseling and homebuyer education workshops designed specifically for Illinois residents, equipping homebuyers with the knowledge they need for a successful home-buying experience.
Participation in our one-day homebuyer education class is a mandatory requirement for all Illinois homebuyers involved in GROWTH’s homebuyer programs. This class must be completed before any homebuyer(s) can make an offer on a property, ensuring they are fully prepared for the responsibilities of homeownership. Classes are available both online and in-person, with limited seating, once a month on a Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. To secure your spot, register below or call our office at (309) 788-6311. GROWTH is a HUD-approved Housing Counseling agency with HUD-certified Housing Counselors on staff, ensuring that our clients receive expert, reliable guidance throughout their homeownership journey.
We take pride in having this certification since 2003, as it distinguishes GROWTH's housing counseling from others by ensuring that our services meet the highest standards set by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Best of all, GROWTH's housing counseling services are always offered free of charge to Illinois residents seeking assistance. |
