Frank Perez
Financial Education Coordinator 

Frank Perez joined the GROWTH team in 2020 as Financial Education Coordinator, where he plays a key role in implementing GROWTH’s HUD Housing Counseling Work Plan. His focus includes assisting individuals with financial education, credit, budgeting, homebuyer education, post-purchase education, and foreclosure prevention.

Frank is responsible for the daily operations of financial literacy education activities and helps build strategic partnerships to expand GROWTH's reach and impact in the community.

With over 20 years of experience in the financial and banking sectors, Frank has worked for the City of Rock Island and US Bank, bringing valuable expertise to GROWTH. His background enhances GROWTH's efforts in pre-purchase counseling, homebuyer education workshops, financial management, and literacy.

Frank is a certified HUD Housing Counselor and is fluent in Spanish, providing valuable interpretation services for GROWTH's Spanish-speaking clients.
