Alex was promoted to Controller in 2023 and has been with GROWTH since 2015. In his role, he oversees the development and implementation of financial strategies, policies, and procedures, including financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, payroll, benefits, and personnel management.
Alex assists the CFO in preparing monthly and quarterly financial statements, along with annual budgets and reports. He manages the finances of all organization properties and ensures accurate maintenance of accounting records and insurance bids, and external services.
Alex graduated from Augustana College and is currently pursuing his CPA license.
